Risky Lover Prologue

So after reading a fluff fiction made by a dear friend of mine, I decided to write again --- hopefully I can finish this up to the end.. :P

"I never knew what real love is until I met you..." Kondou Shizuka （近藤惺）

This is a story of a two successful career bachelors who met in an very odd situation. Both were unlucky in terms of relationship.

Yamazaki Ryou's Case

Yamazaki Ryou, a successful debt specialist which deals with immense debt problems, giving advises to people on how to reduce their debts up to the maximum rate that's possible. He works as a supervisor in a well established corporation, RBS solutions. Currently, after what he saw few days ago, he's now a loveless bachelor.

"Hey Ryou, would you like to come with us tonight?" said his colleague Katajima. "No, I think I'll pass tonight" he said under the impression of 'please don't ask me again'. "O-Ok man, if you say so." Katajima left with an awful stare at Ryou. Then he heard his other colleagues murmuring against him. 

"Is he still mad about what happened between his girlfriend?", 

"I think he brought it to himself", 

"Yeah, afterall he's a workaholic bastard" 

"You bet! He doesn't even consider us as his employees, much rather, a slave" After hearing those nasty comments Ryou just sighed in agony. He doesn't want to argue with anyone. The least he could do is force himself not to remember the night his girlfriend cheated on him... 

It was raining heavily that night... cold wind slaps Ryou's face yet he didn't mind any of it, he was rather speechless of what he just saw, the silhouette of his girlfriend Kana and his supposed-to-be childhood friend Kaoru kissing intently despite the heavy rain pouring on them. Ryou clinched his fist with wrath in his eyes but he can't do anything about it and the only thing that comes up in his mind that time, in that place, in that situation was to leave them be; without uttering anything or even considering of doing something awful to them. He's very tired and he just want to end it there, even if causing him to be left out or even of accusing him as insensitive, inconsiderate and cold boyfriend as ever.

"Yamazaki?" Earth to Yamazaki!" Yamazaki heard a familiar voice, he look straight up if who was calling him, "Yuna," he uttered. "Yamazaki, I've just heard... we're you that crazy?" Yuna exclaimed, "what are you talking about Yuna," he said as he turned his eyes away from Yuna, "see, you're definitely lying, I know there's something here... whenever you lie, you always do that!" Yuna exclaimed, she was indeed frustrated of what Ryou just did. "Wha--?" But before Ryou could continue Kana appeared, "Ryou-kun..." she whispered. "What're you doing here Kana? You don't belong here," Yuna shouted, "Yuna!" Ryou exclaimed, "I, I don't have anything to explain, I know Ryou-kun felt awful but he was the one who broke up with me!" Kana exclaimed, Yuna was seriously pissed of what she heard from Kana, so without hesitation she pushed her and grabbed her extravagant business suit collar, "All Yamazaki did to you was forget your anniversary gift, KANA!!!" and said that to her face. Ryou grabbed Yuna's right arm, "Let go Yuna, it doesn't matter anymore..." "Yama---" Yuna could barely answer back as she saw Yamazaki shed in tears making her and Kana stood in silence. 

Kondou Shizuka's Case

Kondou Shizuka, a successful business man who works as a assistant manager in Global Corporations Inc, associate company of RBS Solutions but his work deals more in terms of relation between employees rather than the client. Shizuka's a playboy but he never dated two women at the same time, he's currently dating with the CEO's daughter, Takeuchi Rika, but even though he was dating her for 3 years, he finally noticed that something seems been missing and up until the last few days, before he could realize what's the real deal or the very reason of what's lacking in their relationship. 

"'twas raining heavily that night... I can still remember the look on his face... that awful expression, by first glance you'd be shaken by how he looks at someone yet you have this urge that you wanna comfort him" Shizuka whispered. "Kondou-sempai, what are you muttering about?" Shizuka sternly gave a look at his kouhai who sits beside him, "Don't get too friendly with me kiddo", "Seriously, is it about that man who stood in the rain? What about him?" He persisted, "Don't start with me kid, go back to work!" He ordered as he pushed his kouhai away from him. "I get it! I get it, no need to be too pushy sempai". Shizuka felt an ache in his chest whenever he remembers that man on the rain.

"Will there be a time that I can see you again, with less of that expression?" Shizuka was in deep thought when suddenly Shizuka's girlfriend Rika arrived. "Shizuka, you owe me an apology!" she exclaimed as she grabbed Shizuka's arms and pressed it into her chest, "Rika!" Shizuka exclaimed, "What? We're dating right? You have the right to touch everywhere of my body, come Shizuka, let's do it, like always" Rika beckoned. "Where do you think we are right now Rika? Love hotel? We're inside your Father's company! Besides, the sun's still up; (shines brightly outside), do you seriously think it's the right time for this?" Shizuka shouted angrily at her. "When will be the right time Shizuka? It's been days! You suddenly stopped touching me, is there someone else? Do you have someone else you're doing it right now? Is she that good? But I can do better!" Rika exclaimed as she pressed Shizuka's hands towards her vital area of her body but before it could touch, Shizuka pulls his hands rampantly and without hesitation he slapped Rika. "Stop this Rika, I had enough! I don't think it's gonna work between us. Let's end it now" Shizuka then left Rika in total shock. 

The very next day, Shizuka was then brought up to the CEO's office, Rika seemed to file a case towards Shizuka stating that he was harassing her. Shizuka pleaded that he had done nothing wrong and that Rika was the one who pushed herself towards him but even arguing with the CEO didn't work, afterall the CEO was none other than Rika's dad. Shizuka was transferred to RBS Solutions, until such accusation proven, Shizuka will be under probation, if such accusation will remain unproven by then Shizuka will be transferred back to his former duties but until then, the associate company RBS will take him as probationary adviser to RBS solutions' debt reduction team under Yamazaki Ryou's care.
